QM SYSTEM

INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL ASSURANCE

Partner network applications

QM SYSTEM processes your application, based on your consent, to consider future collaborations. Records, PDFs and backups are restricted to QM SYSTEM and the technical providers required for hosting and storage. Retention is limited to 24 months after the last confirmed contact; extending retention requires a confirmed new contact. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days after creation. Your identity, CV, contact details, certificate numbers and documents remain private. After map agreement and QM SYSTEM validation, an anonymous technical profile presents equipment, experience, qualifications, approvals and scopes entered in the form. Keyword searches use this structured information; CVs are not read automatically. You may withdraw consent and request erasure by writing to smazacz@qmsystem.fr. The complete notice accompanies the application form.

Partner account and sign-in

Your partner account uses your email address as its identifier. Confirmation and recovery emails are used only to secure this access. Your password is stored as a non-reversible hash. An essential session cookie protects sign-in; the session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Unactivated accounts are deleted after 7 days and inactive accounts after 24 months without signing in. Application retention and review conditions continue to apply to your record.

Profile updates and notifications

A confirmed account lets partners view, complete and edit their form. Answers and attachments can be saved on the server at any time, even when the form is incomplete. They are restored automatically on sign-in, subject to the profile or account retention period. Only submission triggers review. Submitting an update puts the profile under review and pauses public coverage until validation. Emails inform the partner and QM SYSTEM of submitted changes, then inform the partner of validation. Previous versions and related documents remain in private history, subject to the application retention period.
